Originally without much influence from the song itself we thought of many ideas and actually whilst we were torn for which of the two songs we had to choose we had an idea relating to romance and the risk it had up its sleeves. The good thing was, was that after we were able to finish actually choosing our one and only song. We were able to come up with even better ideas and so that's why the image of our process doing this below has shown our brainstorm to be done in 2 different colours. One side represented our older initial ideas whereas the other side displayed our new initial ideas after confirming the song we'd use.
However based on listening to the song for several hours each day I found that the song represented some form of revolt against the majority of the community by the minority. I believe that the song could portray a political aspect and convey a deep and strong message about standing your ground and breaking any obstacles that come your way. For example the song could be about young teens these day who are being pressured by adult expectations as well as by their education and how they've had enough and are soon going to burst out and speak their emotions as well as their thoughts. Those are my initial thoughts of as to what the song can be about in the music video. This is why we had highlighted the word rebellion in our brainstorm as we wanted our music video to display that sort of idea where the people experiencing their pain would fight back for what they deserve.
