Audience Feedback

After completing the advert and the dijipak thanks to feedback from my colleagues, I was then required to present them to another audience less inclined to provide me with sugar coated feedback. Due to this I decided to use social media to its fullest by using it to communicate towards people I knew and asked what they thought of our creations. In addition this I also questioned them, on as to whether or not the advert and dijipak looked connected or related based on the theme and text it displayed.

This resulted in me and Laura having to share our JPEG images of our advert and dijipak in our group social chats where we would have the highest chance of receiving any feedback. However in Laura's case she was in charge of creating a survey on Survey Monkey where we were able to get a larger quantity of qualitative feedback as opposed to the quantitative feedback we would usually receive within social media chats.

Overall the feedback we received was positive which was personally reassuring as we presented them with our finished versions of the Advert and Dijipak. The majority didn't really think there were any improvements however some people did comment how we could have improved our costumes as it was difficult for them to picture a rebellious band which we were aiming to display. On the contrary, some people enjoyed viewing and they understood the appeal we were trying to represent through our choice of composition, our choice of images, and the way we decided to edit and construct our pieces together.
